RESPONSABILE DELLA MANUTENZIONE
Il responsabile della manutenzione ha come compito primario, negli HOTEL 5 STELLE LUSSO l'attività di manutenzione degli impianti.Garantire la disponibilità, l'efficienza delle CAMERE, e tutte le AREE DEI CLIENTI e degli impianti.Assicura la corretta manutenzione DELL’IMMOBILE e impianti in relazione ai programmi impostati per occupazione , GESTISCE IL SERVIZIO DI pronto intervento per esigenze di fermo camera per guasto MANTENENDO in sicurezza L’IMMOBILE e degli impianti.Segue le modifiche per migliorare gli impianti e le nuove costruzioni supportando tecnicamente gli operatori di manutenzione nell'esecuzione degli interventi e assicurandone la tempestività. Cura e aggiorna la documentazione tecnica; realizza il monitoraggio dello stato di funzionamento e la convalida degli impianti CAMERE.Gestisce e sovrintende il lavoro degli operatori e dei tecnici.Assicura la continuità e la regolarità del lavoro DI MANUTENZIONE ALLA STRUTTURA ALBERGHIERA e il conseguimento degli obiettivi prefissati nel rispetto dei principi e delle norme .

Annual Report Andrea Aguanno
The Chief Engineer is responsible for: maintaining the entire hotel facility; including physical building structure; all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment. This individual ensures the upkeep of guest areas and maintains an attractive hotel. The Chief Engineer manages all rehabilitation, expansion and special projects.

Essential Job Duties for maintenance :
Receives direction and prioritization of projects from supervisor.
Conducts preventive maintenance according to schedules and documents maintenance done.
Performs repair maintenance on equipment, buildings and grounds.
Performs routine electrical and plumbing repair.
Repairs heating and air conditioning as needed.
Performs finish work as needed.
Makes deliveries and pick-ups.
Makes visual inspections of building grounds continually.
Performs routine carpenter work as needed.
Performs pool and spa testing of chemicals, records levels and adds chemicals as needed.
Performs service work and routine inspections on vehicles.
Remains on-call 24 hours in case problems arise.
Performs repairs on pool heaters and pumps.
Maintains tools and order in shop and storage areas.
Cuts lawns, trims and edges around walks, and does other lawn maintenance.
Removes snow from walks and driveways with various equipment or shovels.
Spreads Ice Melt on public passage ways to prevent ice buildup and ensures guest/ associate safety.
Paints and shampoos, etc., when assigned.
Operates power equipment, i.e., mowers, blowers, plows, etc., in a safe fashion.
Communicates issues, concerns, complaints, compliments and suggestions to the management of the organization and not to other associates, guests, etc.

Impianto Fotovoltaico cosa fare?
Per realizzare un impianto fotovoltaico, puoi rivolgerti ad una società specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di impianti.
Nell’ambito del Gruppo Enel, puoi consultare il sito www.enelsi.it.
La normativa vigente prevede forme di incentivazione per la produzione di energia tramite impianti fotovoltaici.
La domanda per la richiesta degli incentivi va inoltrata al Gestore dei Servizi Elettrici (GSE).
Per saperne di più su termini e modalità di presentazione delle domande di ammissione al programma di incentivazione è possibile consultare il sito www.gsel.it.
Per connettere l’impianto alla rete di distribuzione, devi innanzitutto scegliere la tipologia di connessione più vicina alle tue esigenze:
connessione con scambio sul posto;
(solo per impianti con potenza minore o uguale a 20 KW)
connessione con sola cessione di energia elettrica.
Se sei un cliente che usufruisce del Servizio di Maggior Tutela con Enel Servizio Elettrico S.p.a. MANUTENZIONE PISCINA
1.VASCA - Togliere il telo di copertura se esistente pulizia e rimessaggio.
2.SVUOTAMENTO della piscina e pulizie sanificazione della vasca con prodotti speciali sia per skimmer che per il mosaico o piastrelle con maccinari adatti.
3.LOCALE FILTRO - Apertura dei filtri e rigenerazione con speciali prodotti.
4.CONTROLLO di tutto il circuito di ricircolo tubazioni,pompa,valvole.
5.AVVIAMENTO - Riempimento, trattamento iniziale dell’acqua ed avviamento.
6. SERVIZIO - controlli giornalieri e mensili per i parametri chimico fisico e la loro regolazione.
Trattamento delle acque con appositi prodotti.
6. I PRODOTTI sono cloro in granuli o pastiglie,antialghe special non schiumoso, riduttore di ph, flocculante.
7.CHIUSURA -Trattamento invernale con prodotti chimici specifici messa a riposo del sistema di filtrazione e copertura con il telo
